My pediatrician thinks my daughter may have acid reflux. He wants me to keep her upright for 30 min after feeding to see if that helps. When I feed her she like sling shots off my legs and arches her back, sometimes she chokes during the feeding. Usually when this happens I just thought she was trying to poop because she would grunt as well. But now it seems like shes in pain because she screams. It breaks my heart. Any tips on how to help or is being on medication the only cure for this?
