I called my doctors office yesterday because of pain. The nurse asked me if it was gas and it wasn’t. And then rudely told me “well it’s not labor, you’re only 18 weeks”. I never thought it was labor nor was trying to imply that. I went to the ER as suggested and they said everything came back fine. My office called me today while at work and I couldn’t answer. They didn’t leave a message so I called back. Again, the nurse got a rude tone with me and told me “well honey, there’s no way for me to know anything without an extension number”. I just said okay bye. I’m a FTM and the pain worried me and they act like I’m dumb for asking questions and being concerned. Am I just being over dramatic or does this sound like an issue? I want to switch offices and hospitals because of this. Too much?
