Does anyone experience belly pain/belly soreness after they sleep? I’m only 18 wks and every time after waking up my whole belly aches.

Yes yes yes, whatever side I sleep on, that side of my belly is so so sore. But I move a lot in my sleep so usually my whole belly is sore by the time I wake up 😭

Almost every morning for me. Sometimes I can’t even roll a certain way in bed while I’m sleeping. I just think it’s the position of the baby and everything stretching and moving. I’m going on 22wks.

ive had this a couple times specially when ive woke up on my back i have a pregnancy pillow coming tomorrow im.20 weeks do u have one

Ive stretched or moved in my sleep wrong and had a pain but not a everyday problem.
