Baby scrapbooking app/ website

Do you have a scrapbooking app that you use? I'm thinking a digital option to take the place of the baby books you write in and glue in photos.

I'd like one with questions and fill in blanks for milestones, likes, growth, etc. Ideally, I'd like to be able to print a book every so often, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't exist, except Qeepsake, but it's very expressive and the books looked primitive.

Something that would develop pages with cute graphics would be nice.
