Hey 👋🏻

I had baby girl 12 days ago. I had mostly internal stitches with two external.

I literally have the worst time going to the bathroom. Like my stinging every time I pee just stopped two days ago. WOOOHOOOO.

Now every time I have a bowel movement I cannot stand the pain/pressure —— oh and it makes me pass giant blood clots.

I don’t know if I should just take a stool softener or what. I usually have a bad reaction to them and they make me throw up .

What are y’all doing to help with this ?
