Please help ease my mind!!

So, the past couple of days (3-4 days) I have been having clear watery discharge and lastnight my husband and I had sex. I woke up this morning and was bleeding. I have never experienced this and I am really worried something is wrong. I have a little pain in my abdomen and have taken medication to  relieve the pain. I have not had a Pap smear and I am 22 years old. I have a. Appointment to get a Pap smear tomorrow along with a physical. I know I should have had one before now. Is there anyone out there that can relieve my mind a little? I've done research and it's doing more harm than good.
