Starting on a journey
I have hated my body for a long time. I used to be athletic, and have slowly become less and less active over the past 10 years. Pregnancy did not help my image... I'm the heaviest I have ever weighed at around 210lbs (I don't own a scale). My son isn't mobile yet and I don't want to huff and puff while I chase him and want to model an active life style, so Sunday I decided its time to start changing. Right now my goals are to just be active for 15 minutes of the day. Monday = cardio, tuesday = leg/butt, wednesday = arms/chest, thursday= core/abs, friday = back/shoulders, Saturday is "rest" but doing something active, sunday = yoga or total body. I plan to increase the time but right now 15 minutes is a struggle, and eventually I'll get to my eating habits (which aren't too bad, I just love carbs). My goal is only to like what I see, so there will be no scale measurements (only at the doctors). Wish me luck, perseverance, and motivation ladies. My start photos and I'll evaluate again in a month!
