I thought i was the only one and thought something was wrong with me. I swear maybe the first three or so months with my iud (Liletta), I had very little appetite and literally felt sick and nauseous trying to eat sometimes. I didn’t know whether it was depression, inadvertent training of my stomach to eat less, an illness, or my iud. I’m feeling much better now eight months in but I’ve definitely lost like 15 pounds from that weird period of not having an appetite. Mention it to your doctor to see what they say or suggest.
