Just a quick question???

Would belly size be an indication of how big baby is going to be? My boys were 7 lbs 2 oz and 7 lbs 6 oz, but with this little girl I am way bigger then I was with them. Should I be prepping for a bigger baby??

Nope. Belly size is based more on how stretched out and or out or shape your stomach muscles are than anything else. The tighter/ more toned your tummy muscles are, the more likely you are to have those small perfectly shaped baby bumps. Stomach muscles that are loose and not well toned (or people suffering from diastasis recti / tears in the tissue connecting the abdominal muscles) tend to allow everything to pooch out more instead of supporting the organs baby is displacing.

My stomach measured right on schedule both pregnancy’s. First baby was 8.13, this one the doctor estimates will be around 9 pounds full term

I was bigger with my daughter and she had an intrauterine growth restriction. But I carried her higher so my belly looked bigger I feel. He’s been so low this entire time that my belly looks smaller. But they did a growth scan because they said he’s actually measuring ahead by 2 weeks. I also gained more weight with my daughter too.

I don’t think so. I was way bigger with my first and so far this baby is measuring a lot bigger than he was.
