Has anyone’s husband ever experienced a torn/strained tendon in their penis? We think my husband may have that. We don’t know how it happened though. It started before our baby was a month old so we weren’t having sex at the time of injury. He has been having pain down there for several months (we have been abstaining from sex to let it heal though.) He says it doesn’t hurt unless he has an erection. Other than that, it’s just tender to the touch. There is no swelling or bruising and we could still have sex like normal, it’s just uncomfortable for him. He hasn’t visited a urologist yet. We were waiting to see if it would heal on its own.
