Would I bleed?

If I was to miscarry now would I definitely get blood? I'm paranoid I've had a miscarriage but I've had no blood just some sharp pains. I'm 14 weeks 2 days

It’s different for everyone, and every miscarriage. I’ve had 3 different miscarriages, with my last miscarriage I didn’t start bleeding for 6 weeks after the baby had passed.
