Pull out method?

Know anyone who got pregnant from pull out method? My fiancé is always good about it and ALWAYS pulls out on time. Always. 
Knock on wood we’ve been using this method for nearly 2 years without a problem. 
But is there still a chance of pregnancy?

My doctor actually told me that pre cum is basically dead so it can’t cause pregnancy. My husband and I have been doing POM for 2 years as well and so far no issues.
