Found a great book to help with sleeping!

My babys nights had gotten somewhat better but then his naps got all messy. Started reading The Natural Baby Sleep Solution and it talks about how babies fall asleep easier after being awake for 90 minute intervals: 90 min, 3hours, 4 1/2 hours. Tried it today after our first nap was a bust and it worked amazing! Gonna give it try for all his sleep for the rest of the week and see how it goes!
