When should/can you start using haaka?
Hello! FTM mom here and i am exactly one week post partum. for a few days i had engorgement but it seems to have let up and i believe my supply is starting to settle- i was wondering when is a good time to start using haaka on one breast while
he is on the other to start building a stash. i was leaking a TON but less now. Worried about it affecting him getting enough milk or messing with my supply- when is too early? Thank you all!!!
