Best friend

I think I’m falling in love with my best friend. We’ve both come out to each other and I want to tell her I have feelings for her but I’m worried how she will react. Neither of us has explored our sexuality at all so I’m worried i will scare her away and ruin our close relation ship. Any advice on what I should do?
