Feeling like shit.
Went to the doctor earlier today and realized I'm 30 more pounds than the last time I checked my weight. Honestly I would love to for once in my life be considered a healthy weight but I don't want to stop eating how I eat. I know I sound like some junky for food but it's the truth 🤷🏾♀️ I hate that I grew up with such bad eating habits and because of that it makes it extra hard to want to eat healthy. Once upon a time I had enough of feeling sluggish all the time and lost 15 pounds by eating better and exercising 5x a week but I lost momentum and didn't continue towards my goal weight. I wish I could get that drive back 😔
