Abnormal baby poop?

My 4 month old went from pooping once a day to pooping 4 times a day. Her poop is less hard and it smells SO BAD. It smells like fish to me. My MIL says that it may be due to her teething but to wait and see after today. She started last night. Should I go to urgent care ?

Also my MIL gave her 2 bottles of mint tea without me knowing and I was shocked. She’s usually formula fed but now we’re putting her on my boob to see if it’s the formula. Any ideas??
