Do you still drink boba teas?

I had a half taro (no caffeine) & half Thai tea (unsure amount of caffeine) with boba, and baby is going nuts right now! It was a random craving I went for, but now after some research (stupid me) I’m worried. Thanks!

Oh I drink them all the time! Sometimes several a week 😂😂

Yep I drink green tea with milk and boba. My baby goes a little nutty too, but it’s way under the daily max for caffeine. It’s probably the cold and the sugar that made baby crazy more than the caffeine. I limit it to no more than once a week.

I don’t drink boba, but I’ve had Thai tea several times during pregnancy. I just don’t drink more than a cup in a day and dilute it with lots of ice. There’s not even close to 220mg caffeine in it, though, so don’t worry! Baby is probably just active because of the sugar.
