Safe dish soap for babies?

What are your favorite dish soap for babies to wash their bottles? 
I was using dapple fragrance free but I felt like it didn’t clean bottles well enough and always left them smelling foul😓
Is ivory dish soap safe for babies? (The one pictured)

I’ve used this one for a long time - it’s fragrance and dye free. I’ve never had any issues with it and it doesn’t bother my mom’s eczema. 👍🏼

I use Cascade in the dishwasher and Target’s Dawn equivalent when we wash by hand. I never bought anything special for bottles with either baby.
