Ovulation?
When do you guys usually ovulate? My cycles are between 24-27 lasting 5-6 days. I haven’t used OPKs in forever because I never got a positive. I just started geritol and after losing a little weight, seems like I ovulated for the first time in forever. What can I use to improve my egg quality/ovulation before my appt with my gyno?
