I take biotin and also keep taking my prenatals. I also use a thickening shampoo.

Not a lot you can do unfortunately it's normal but that foesnt make it any easier.   I had hair 3/4 down my back long and it got so thin I cut it short and that helped it look better.     What's really fun is when it starts growing back lol

Omg! 😖 how old is your baby? Im 2 months PP and im terrified of when that is start to happen to me! So im already taking pills to avoid hair loss. And when it comes, i will start using some ampoules from vichy. Oh and im already taking my old birthcontrol (wich contains estrogen, cause i no longer breastfeeding)
