BBT chart
Can anyone help on reading my charts please, first month trying this and didnt start BBT temp till after ovulation this month. I knew I had ovulated Saturday July 27 because my peak was Friday July 26 according to my positive Ovulation strip test. Now I am 10DPO n starting to get hot flashes feel like my tempture raises at time. My breasts are starting to feel sore. Only symptoms so far for me. Thank you in advance♥️
