I think if you are financially able to cope, have your own place (not meaning own your own but living without parents), have a mode of transport and mental capacity to know that your life is going to change drastically.
18+ I agree with, but younger? Your still a baby yourself. Live your life! Unless you have a condition which means that the fertility clock is running out.
