Is the Tula really worth it?

Question

Is the Tula really worth the high price tag compared to the cheaper infantino? I tried on the more expensive carriers at Buy Buy Baby and liked the Tula the best out of those options but I have not tried on the infantino. I’m a small, short, and not very strong mom for reference lol. Opinions?

With my first I got a boba wrap and an infantino. The wrap was great on cold weather but not so great for back/hip support. Also, I had a giant so I felt it was unsafe as he got bigger and feistier. 
The infantino was great up until about 6 months or so. My first son was at 6 months on par with the growth of a 1 year old and by 9 months he was wearing 2t clothes. My baby didn’t fit in the infantino and the last time I had put him there the strain on my back and hips was killing me.
 I got a Tula, and I recommend waiting until close to black Friday or buying the sale ones. I got my Tula for $69, brand new directly from the company’s website. If you just want the carrier check the ones they have on sale vs a cute pattern. Now my second baby is 4 months old and it’s been great so far. The straps are thick and sturdy, much thicker/ wider than infantino and the belt at the hip is THICK providing better lumbar support. I have horrible back problems and I found I liked the Tula better.  The belt, you can be a size 0 all the way up to maybe a 26. It is one of the only carriers that you can buy that a plus size woman can also wear confidently (I’m a size 18). My husband is 6’3 burly guy with a belly and he wears it. He was not able to use the infantino carrier at all. If you have a partner and they plan to baby wear the Tula is way better.

I bought a used Tula and also the cheap infantino for this baby. I did not have either for my first, I only used a wrap but didn’t love it. The Tula seems like it will be great for the really newborn stage as I got the newborn insert. It’s pretty bulky though, so not sure how I’m going to like it! If you can find a decent used one (lots of fb groups) then it may be worth a shot.
