I have this cyst looking bump on my leg...

So it’s in my inner thigh, and I’ve gotten this kinda thing before. Last time it burst on its own, and left the scar you can see, next to the bump. (The pinched skin spot). Should I got to the doctors or will it resolve on it’s own? I’m 90% sure it’s a cyst because the last time I went to a doctor, they said they may need to drain it eventually, i got totally scared of that idea, and just let itself resolve. Is it the same the back again? Or is it a new cyst? I’m also still scared to go to the doctors. But I should be able to overcome that, if I need to. Please give me advice on what to do.
