I am 9 months postpartum and this all just started about a week ago. I am nauseous on and off and have been experiencing ovary pain in both ovaries. The pain comes and goes. To give a little more background, I am still breastfeeding and on the mini Pill. I have not had a period since giving birth. Any ideas or input? We just moved to a new area and I have not found an OB yet.
