Hi, I’ve been issued a disciplinary and my holiday has been declined which I’ve requested 6 months ahead of time due to my absences.

I know I can’t do much about it being declined but is the disciplinary allowed?

I was in hospital for a week and a half and the other illness I was sent home against my will but have doctors notes to prove I was genuinely ill.

Before starting this job they knew about my seizure disorder and my autoimmune disease so I’ve always been upfront. I wear medi bands and carry medical cards. It’s no secret. In fact I made it sound worse than it is so I wouldn’t get hired then sacked if they found it too much.

Anyway I work for the NHS and I’ve been issued a warning. Is this discrimination? I have hospital notes.
