Anybody know what’s going on around his mouth been there a few weeks?

Looks like had foot and mouth. Not dangerous but uncomfortable and contagious I would definitely see a doctor.

I agree with Bethany, it looks like hand food and mouth to my untrained eye. Hf&m is dirt common and nearly every child gets it at some point during their childhood, as it’s extremely contagious. However, the rash does not usually last weeks to my knowledge. I would see your pediatrician for a definitive diagnosis.

Could be the hand/ foots and mouth.
Or if trying new foods a slight reaction to it.
My little his face is where it’s most common but when using certain soaps or wipes to wipe him down with he gets a red rash, due to sensitive skin. 
Could also be a heat rash, from being overheated.
I’d play it safe and take him to the doctor though.
