Hi good morning all. I have been diagnosed with PCOS a little over a year ago and my OB at the time inserted a IUD because she didn’t want the blood to be stuck on me last Friday after almost a year with it I got it removed (yay)! Me and my spouse are now trying to get pregnant but I know it won’t be easy. I got my period right away when my IUD was removed the other night I was browsing online & seen this pill called conception. Would you guys recommend such a pill like that?

I lost a total of 22 pounds my OB refer staying in a low carb diet that would help me boost up my chances of getting pregnant. But I’m just so desperately & I know that I won’t be getting my cycle next month (it’s happen in the past when I was younger I took birth control got my period & as soon I was off it I never got my cycle) please help thanks!
