Acid reflux medicine advice!!

My baby has been a super irritable crying nonstop day and night. pushing away bottles away and super irritable when she’s eating and took her to the doctors and they prescribed as the reflux medicine and I wanted to know any moms that have babies on medicine how quickly does it work? do they start seeming a lot happier pretty quickly and sleeping better??
