I’m wanting to get my ends of my hair bleached. Has anyone still had there hair done while pregnant and it’s took okay? I’m 33 weeks?

It’s definitely safe to get it done, just let your stylist know your pregnant, if it’s not obvious lol and don’t be surprised if the colour comes out slightly different than usual. The hormones we create during pregnancy can affect the colouring.

It's totally safe,  i would just avoid any bleach on the scalp since your skin can absorb the chemical. Otherwise color away lol

I’ve dyed my hair, but I’ve chosen not to bleach it. It’s essentially safe as long as you are in a well-ventilated area. However, because of the hormones your hair may not react the way it usually does so the color may pull differently and/or may be more likely to be damaged by the process.

I’ve gotten mine done and I’m going again in 2 weeks since I’m sure it’ll be a longggg time before I’m back at a salon ☺️
