Currently 8 days late and I’m FREAKING OUT! I’ve been having protected sex and texted the condoms after using the water test. Having the usual period symptoms (sore boobs, tired, moody, cramps) but not period :( please share your experience if so! So I don’t feel so alone  at least

Yes one time when I had pneumonia I was over a week late! Lots of things can delay your period other than pregnancy. Illness, stress, hormone imbalance.....

I've been 20 days late and not pregnant. Stress pushes your period back. And those symptoms can be your PMS symptoms. It's hard to say unless you test. 
Since you used a condom it's more than unlikely that you are pregnant
