What do you think is the ideal age to start having children?

Question

I want to know your opinions on when do you think is the ideal age to start having children.

That is, considering the factors of:

1. Having a stable job
2. Being married (or not)
3. Emotionally and physically ready
4. Knowing that it's time to take care of someone other than yourself. 
Etc...

Please comment below the specific age or range you chose and why.

OR

If you think it should be unexpected, as in, if you just found out you were pregnant under any circumstance, then that's the time that you'll start having children.

Also, what age do you believe is too young to start having children?

It depends on your situation. I've always wanted children but always wanted to go to college, get married and buy a house first. All of which I've done before having my first at 31 years old. A late start, but I'm incredibly glad I waited.

Age does not determine how good some one will be as a parent. No one is perfect but some females and males that have children are just neglectful, abusive and horrid to their kids, at all ages. It's ideal to have stability and financial support when you start trying for a family and I personally think it's best to wait until you have stability first before ttc. But if someone gets pregnant without stability and security, that doesn't automatically make them a bad parent, it'll just make it harder for them to parent. I don't think there's an ideal age, especially when our body clocks run faster than or social and emotional situations can be ready to have kids. Plus everyone is different. My BF and I had everything we needed 8 years ago to have kids, when we were 23 but we didn't start ttc until we were 28 because that's when we felt ready.

I was married at 22 and wanted a baby right away but with fertility issues I did not get pregnant till I was 26 and I am so gladi did. it gave us time to know each other better and to mature. We have a amazing relationship and are a perfect match. Something we were not when we first got married it took those 4 years to make us ready to be parents.

I'll be 23-24 by the time I have my first kid (if things work out as planned). I had a miscarriage in June and had the worst baby fever prior to that. As soon as I got engaged I wanted to start trying (I'm 21), but after going through all the hurt and all of the ups and downs I feel content with waiting awhile. My wedding is in March 2016 and I can't wait to spend more time with my husband, just him and I. We aren't ttc anymore and have started using protection again.

I'm happy to wait.

I might be pregnant right now I'll be 26 in January and I still think it's to early for a baby ... I'm still getting my life together. I'll take responsibility but I realize unlike some it's very hard raising a baby, going to school, working and paying for the expenses im getting stressed just typing this

I posted never since kids are not for me.  I do believe though that you should wait til 25 before settling down but that's just me.  There is no one answer just what works for you

I got pregnant when I was 22 my husband was in the army we were very stable had a house on base everything paid for we had money as well we had health insurance..now he's out or the military had been for almost two years now we are doing OK but we are having a hard time getting on our feet we live with his mom for right now until we are able to buy a house
