So, to start. I can’t find one legitimate reason not to take a test apart. If you think you see a line but want to just look at the line and not through a peephole on a giant stick, why not take it apart? For those of you who say “it says not to on the box”- guess who just read the box and paper insert front and back on her First Response and it didn’t say ONE DANG THING about it. So unless you’re a scientist, chemist or obstetrician, I’m not interested in reading a comment “Invalid retest” like duh as soon as my period doesn’t come Im obviously taking another test.

Also, I’ve read that evap lines are colorless or grey, so I’m not sure if these VFLs are real lines or evaps. I truly have a bad case of line eyes but I thiiink they have color.

Okay so anyway, 8th month TTC and never a positive or evap line. First time taking blue dye tests because they’re cheaper and I got some thin lines. I’m not putting all my eggs in their basket as it looks to good to believe only being 11 DPO when I took them.

I’m about 50/50 on this as my period isn’t expected until Saturday and I just can’t believe any of this because I’ve been seeing negatives for 7 months before this....

what do you guys think?

I’m not going to be taking any more tests until I miss my period (hopefully😭) Saturday...
