Starting Femara for the first time

Hello ladies,

I did 3 rounds of Clomid in 2016 second try got pregnant but sadly ended in MC at 7wks 5 days. Since then been trying naturally until this year did 4 rounds and nothing. Just had surgery for endometriosis on July 22 doc said for me to try Femara since the endometriosis isnt too bad. Just got my period today and plan on taking it on cd 5 to push ovulation out since i will be outta town between cd 12 through 16.

My question is how many of you have taken Femara on cd 5 and ovualted late. I was hoping i end up ovualting on cd 17 like i do when ever i Ovualte without meds. With Clomid I Ovulate on CD 14 faithfully but i need to push it out to 17. What can I do?
