Braxton Hicks?

Ive been having Braxton Hicks every twenty minutes for about three days. They aren’t painful, more just annoying hence why I’m not concerned. For those of you that have had them or have them regularly was there any correlation between the BH and real labor or is this just something really annoying I have to deal with for the next few weeks? I never had a single BH with my first pregnancy. My first every contraction of any kind was 40 minutes before my water broke so Im a bit inexperienced in the BH category.
