Hey girls I wanted to ask and see if progesterone can be used or is birth control to lighten my period? Some walk in clinic dr put me on it for 6 months for random spotting and I’ve noticed that my periods are way lighter when I have to take the pill so I was wondering can this be an alternative for a lighter period.
