How to squeeze a blackhead?

I have a lot of blackheads on my chin and nose and was wondering how to remove them? Ive tried pore strips etc. How to I squeeze out my blackheads?

Clean your hands really well and wrap your fingers in tissues to avoid spreading bacteria, and make sure to cleanse the area you’re wanting to extract from first. Be gentle and don’t push too hard because you could cause bruising. I’m an esthetician and this is how I tell people to do it in a clean manner at home.
