I’m so excited to be full term at 37 weeks but I don’t know how many women actually have been giving birth at 37 weeks statistically....

37w is no longer considered full term by the American Association of Obstetrics. It's not 100% that the lungs will be fully developed. 37-38w is early term, 39-40w is full term.

I had my first at 39 weeks, it’s most common for ftms to have baby just over 40 weeks. I have heard second babies usually come a bit earlier.

Here's a chart to give you an idea. Keep in mind inductions and C-section tend to go earlier than a normal low risk pregnancy.
