Possible toe infection
Does anyone know what this looks like? My poor 3 year old has it on his toe.

(Before i get answers as to take him to the dr, yes i know we are here in the clinic currently waiting its gonna be a longgggg wait) so i just wanted to know if this ever happened to yalls kids
