I have been trialling ridgeviden for 3 months and due to so much going on and a complaint I have had to raise with my doctors surgery, I have not felt comfortable nor had the time to book a Dr's appointment to hopefully get another prescription. If I can't get an appointment tomorrow (well later today - Thursday) would I be able to go on Monday? I have run out of pills already but am on my seven day gap until Sunday.

Will they weigh me again? They did previously and I think I have lost a couple of pounds (although haven't been really trying) and don't think I can deal with feeling so self conscious (I just got my confidence back from my last visit).

Sorry for all the questions I am just stressing and cannot sleep tbh
