Okay for a work lunch?

I work 10 hours. From 630 to 430pm 
Lunch is at 12pm. This will be my only meal until I get home because i dont want to eat much or spend any money on fast food. Does this all look o.k?

If you find it’s not enough to last you through the day, it might be a good idea to get some easy snacks (nuts or whatever else you like) that you can snack on real quick not during break time
