5 week old mucus poop (photo included)

My baby is 5 weeks old and his diapers have been full of mucus, i went dairy free about a week ago dont see any changes yet. Do you moms have any opinions if you think its normal poop ? he did not have any blood in any of his diapers yet. Dr didnt really think he has any allergies but my gut says otherwise i did make a mistake and give him frozen milk per dr suggestion from when i did have dairy and now i feel like a whole week was wasted 😣. He does strain when he tries to poop and few times i had to help him finally poop with windi but i dont want to over use it 😪😪
