For the last 4/5 nights my nearly 6 month old has been waking anytime between 4-6am for an hour and she is wideeeee awake. She doesnt cry at first just wakes up and rolls around for abit then makes noises and eventually cries if i dont pick her up. I try put her back to sleep and it literally takes me an hour to do so. She likes the cuddles but just stares at me wide awake for ages whilst im rocking her. I either manage to get her back to sleep eventually and back in her cot for an hour more or in my bed with me for an hour. I have no idea what it is. She doesnt seem hungry otherwise she would just cry until i gave her a bottle.

She usually had a bath around 7.30pm and feed then bed anytime between 8-9pm. Then she usually sleeps atleast until 7am sometimes 8am waking only if she wants her dummy back then will go back to sleep.

Im so tired and my hubby has been working long hours so its just me in the nights AND all day so im shattered! Help me please ladies! Tell me this will pass!
