Working moms who pump and EBF, how often does your LO nurse?

I went back to work at 9 wks PP. Baby boy is 17 wks old now. He seems to be slowly weeding out his feeds. At this time he refuses me and wants a pumped bottle at his morning feed. And on weekends it's a struggle to get him to eat during the day. He nurses well at 4 when I get home from work, before bed and at 12 and 3. Lately though he's been sleeping longer or refusing to eat at 3, but still wakes. I'm nervous he is self weaning.  My goal was to breast feed for a year...not sure that's going to happen...wondering if their are any moms who still breast feed just a few times a day. I really don't want to give this up! Thanks.
