7 days Late BFN

Hi.. I got my last period July 2nd . It came two days early and stayed 2 weeks. Went to the dr. Bloodwork was good and I wasn’t pg. here we are in Aug 8 and I am 7 days late. My husband and I have been family planning for 1 year or so. I’ve never been late or really bled for 2 weeks. Could it be I skipped ovulation? Maybe ovulated later . Anyone ever get a BFN arhat turned out to be preggo?
