Best creams for eczema?

I believe my 15 month old has eczema. We currently use the green Johnson's lotion, but I'm looking to switch over to something that'll actually help his skin clear up. What do you recommend buying??

My daughter has had eczema since birth off and on. Her doctor told us to buy and use hydrocortisone 1% works well for my daughter.

Yea don’t use that stuff. Use something more mild, gentle and fragrance free. Aveno, dove, or eucerin!

We use something from our doc but before we did, we mixed eucerin eczma with aquaphor and it worked

Both my children have eczema. We use dermasil or cetaphil lotion. We also have a prescription for Triamcinolone ointment for their harsher episodes.

I hace ezcema and have had it my whole like, I would try Aveeno products!! Thats what my mom used on me, and alot of oatmeal baths!!
