I’m fourteen, and I have been dating a boy for around 4 months not very seriously. He seems really interested in me, but I need my space sometimes, and I don’t feel ready for kissing or sex or any of that. Am I leading him on?

Let him know you don’t feel ready or comfortable doing that yet. You are still young and I’m assuming he is too. Young boys are little horn dogs and if he can’t respect your wishes than leave. You’re not leading him on, you’re just young and don’t feel ready to do that yet and that’s perfectly fine.

You’re not leading him on as long as you tell him you’re not ready to be physical in that way, if he finds that out and reacts badly, you were better off without him
