Semi-constipated toddler over here...help!
What foods get your little one going? Mine goes 2-3x a week and the first part of it is a little too formed. The rest is soft. We’ve cut down on diary, increased fruits, veggies and fluids, she eats prunes, coconut oil, takes probiotics. What else can I do nutrition wise? I’m not looking for medication suggestions.
