So, I've asked him about this on numerous occasions, and it feels like I get different answers every time.

When we had gotten together, we were both newly single. He has a car, and at first he told me that his ex co-signed with him. Recently, he's been saying that his ex could take the car if she wanted cause it's in her name, I questioned him about it and he said that he never said that, that he co-signed with her so his name would be on the car (which don't make sense). Well, my birthday is this month and I got my tag renewed. He's saying that he has to get his renewed next month, but I said no, his ex has to since it's her car right?? (She doesn't make the payments, he does). I know it sounds like a mess, the relationship is still new but I just feel like I get different answers every time. Just looking for advice I guess 😪 I don't want to get hurt again.
